The newest plan…

All my holiday excuses are over now.  You can be happy that you don’t have to read through any more of these lame excuses.  I understand.

I realized something during the last two months of craziness; I just want to get some weight off.

That’s it.

All these races and running and mileage goals and so on are not for me.  Well, not for me at this point anyway.  They definitely will be in the future.  But for now?  Now I am going to focus on my food intake and moving more (Brilliant! Who knew this would result in weight loss?!).

Current goals:

  • practice portion control
  • view exercising as a stress reliever, I need this
  • do some sort of exercise daily
  • get out of the 220s

And yes Janelle, this totally means you can harass me now.
