Not feeling it.

I have not been feeling the weight loss and healthy things lately.  This is probably because of several reasons:

  • I’m tired all the time
  • I never seem to get anything done
  • I run around like an idiot all day every day
  • I hate getting ready for Christmas

I could go on, but there’s no point.  I’ve been eating whatever is there.  I haven’t done anything in the form of exercising (other than moving boxes, walking at the stores for hours at a time, cleaning, etc.) for maybe a month and a half.

Also, the other day, my mother said “You’re too beautiful to be fat.”

I don’t know how to take that one, but there it is.

To sum up:

I want/need to drop some pounds.

I’ve been half-assing this for over a year and I just need to suck it up and do it.

My first goal is to get the heck out of the 220s.  It’s about time I did this.
